Nijjar is actively involved in training KTF militants and operationalizing them in India. He organized a training camp for Khalistani militants in Missigen Hills in British Colombia in December 2015 in which small arms training was imparted.

The associates of Navneet Singh were involved in the 1992 kidnapping of a Romanian ambassador Liviu Radu in New Delhi to publicize their cause at a global level.Navneet Singh took over KLF after the death of Kuldeep Singh Keepa Shekhupura, who was killed on February 25 1994.

Paramjit Singh Pamma was born in Chamkaur Sahib, Ropar district of Punjab. He is a member of the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) and is on the NIA most wanted list. Until 1992, he was involved in petty crimes. He left India in 1994 and visited Pakistan and started fundraising for the Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).
