Navneet Singh Kadian

The associates of Navneet Singh were involved in the 1992 kidnapping of a Romanian ambassador Liviu Radu in New Delhi to publicize their cause at a global level.Navneet Singh took over KLF after the death of Kuldeep Singh Keepa Shekhupura, who was killed on February 25 1994.
