Navneet Singh Kadian

Navneet Singh was also involved in a car bomb attack which targeted Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Chandigarh, Sumedh Singh Saini on September 29, 1991 in which three people were killed and 13 others, four CRPF personnel, three Police men (including SSP) and five civilians were wounded.

Navdeep Singh was also involved in conducting recce and executing a remote-controlled car bomb explosion targeting the then Youth Congress President Maninder Singh Bitta on September 11, 1993 in Delhi. The attack killed nine people. Devendra Pal Singh one of those involved in the attack was later arrested on January 23, 1995 after being extradited to India from Germany after his plea  for asylum was rejected. Navdeep Singh orchestrated the abduction of Rajinder Mirdha, son of Congress member Ram Niwas Mirdha (Former Minister, Rajasthan) in an attempt to get Devendra pal Singh released and to collect ransom money. The son of the Congress leader was abducted on February 17, 1995. Although the ransom money amounting to INR 25 Million was given to the militants, before they could secure the objective of releasing Devendrapal Deepak, Navneet Singh was killed in an operation by Jaipur Police on February 24, 1995 at Model Town in Malviya Nagar near Jaipur Rajasthan and son of Congress leader was rescued.
