A US court ruled that deputy chief of the KCF, Kulvir Singh Barapind, should be returned to India to stand trial. The Khalistani terrorist, Barapind was accused by India of murdering 52 people and injuring 13 during the time of terrorism in Punjab. Barapind was arrested and detained in Los Angeles in 1993 on charges of having a fake passport.
