Pannun also announced SFJ’s proposal for a separate Christian homeland, called “Trumpland,” to be carved out of northeastern India, comprising Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura, and Assam. Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Mann on December 27 said the state was gaining the upper hand against drugs and organized crime, citing large-scale arrests, high conviction rates, and intensified action against criminal networks. Reviewing police performance, he said sustained enforcement, tighter investigations, and zero political interference had led to a “clear shift from rhetoric to results.” Mann said that over the past three-and-a-half years, 85,418 drug smugglers were arrested, with NDPS Act convictions reaching 88%. Since his government took office, 63,053 cases have been registered, with recoveries including 5,119.9 kg of heroin, 3,458.5 kg of opium, 5.8 kg of cocaine, 82 kg of ICE, nearly five crore capsules, and INR 52.6 crore in drug money. Australia 27-Dec-2025
According to sources, intelligence agencies have flagged a sharp rise in Khalistani activities in Australia, even as a marginal crackdown has slowed such activities in Canada and the United Kingdom (UK). Officials said Khalistani elements have diverted significant resources to Australia in recent months, reflected in increased violence, vandalism, and anti-India graffiti. While referendums were held earlier, the scale of activity has expanded considerably, with social media campaigns—particularly by groups like Sikhs For Justice—now largely focused on Australia. Agencies have also noted repeated online calls targeting Indians, urging vandalism and raising anti-India and anti-Modi slogans. Officials said the shift in focus to Australia appears to be deliberate.

United Kingdom 28-Dec-2025
According to sources, the scuffle outside the Bangladesh Embassy in London, United Kingdom (UK), on December 27 was planned rather than coincidental. The timing and sudden arrival of pro-Khalistan activists at the exact location of a peaceful protest organised by the Bangladesh Hindu Association, with participation from the Indian diaspora, indicated prior coordination. Sources further alleged that Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) has, on multiple occasions, influenced Khalistani groups in the UK and provided them with weapons, as flagged by Indian intelligence. While the Khalistani groups had no role in Bangladesh’s communal violence, sources said their actions reflected a pattern of disruption and narrative hijacking, aimed at diverting international attention from the plight of Hindu victims in Bangladesh.
