The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) on November 10 arrested Khalistani terrorist and gangster Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dalla in connection with a shootout that occurred on October 27-28 in Halton in Ontario, Canada. Dalla, the acting chief of the Khalistani Tiger Force (KTF), was a close associate of terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. He had recently claimed responsibility for the murder of Congress leader Baljinder Singh Balli in Moga, Punjab.
